This was one of my absolute favourites back when I was eating raw! It’s crazy easy to make especially if you make some extra nut mixture one and save it for another time : ) It was also a big hit with friends and family as a side dish or snack.
½ cup Hazelnuts
½ cup Walnuts
½ cup Sesame seeds
½ cup Herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
Salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder to taste
Process the hazelnuts and walnuts in a food processor until crumbly
(make sure to process it well, if the pieces are to big they won’t stick)
Place the crumbled nuts in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
I like to cut my avocado’s in circles by cutting around the pit and then
carefully removing each circle, but if it’s too much trouble or
you’re in a hurry you can slice your cado’s any way you like : )
(note: avocado turns brown quite fast, so you don’t want to wait to long before eating/serving)
